I'm Jess Trying to Embrace My Hair..BUT...I needed some help!

Oh Hey!! Summer is ending and Fall is upon us and around this time of the year, I always have a borderline hair crisis! My birthday is Jess around the corner 30 days to be exact (9/29) [Accepting gifts as of 9/1] --Im Jess making sure you all know 😁! Anyway around this time, I always want to have fabulous hair...but I Jess hate committing to new hair colors and styles! So this year, for the last year in my twenties.. I'm thinking I want to be a Diana Ross Goddess with poppin' highlighter f-it I'm almost willing to be called a "Foxy Lady". #NewHairWhoThis?
